SUBSTANCE: device includes the following components connected in parallel to the first and the second input pins of the converter: the first capacitor, the first chain consisting of the first primary winding of transformer and power key, and the second chain of the first and the second resistors, transistor control key, the third resistor, the second capacitor, the second primary winding of transformer, the third capacitor, secondary winding of transformer, rectifier and filter, there introduced is the third and the fourth chains containing the fourth resistor and the first diode, and the fifth resistor and the second diode connected opposite to the first diode; at that, pins of the third and the fourth chains are combined and connected to the first pin of the second primary winding of transformer, and their second pins are combined and connected to control input of transistor control key.

EFFECT: improving reliability owing to reducing overload on power key and rectifier.
