SUBSTANCE: converter is described, comprising series-connected the first (2) and the second (3) power switches and series-connected the first (4) and the second (5) capacitors connected in parallel to the first and second input terminals (11, 12), a transformer (9, the first (10) and the second (11) diodes, a filter (12), a feedback element (13), a control unit (15). An inductor (8) and the third (6) and the fourth (7) power switches, counter connected and connected in parallel to the primary (91) winding of the transformer (9), are introduced.
EFFECT: reduction of dynamic losses, increase in efficiency of the converter.
