FIELD: communication facilities. SUBSTANCE: method is intended for development of telecommunication facilities based on completely functional radiotelephone nucleus. Facilities designed on basis of this method are meant to maintain radio communication of user with base station. Technical result of invention consists in possibility of development of telecommunication facility in correspondence with functional properties required by user, in timely modification of given facility in accordance with altering requirements of user, in unification of production, in reduced cost of finished product thanks to employment of standard quantity-produced devices for assembly. This technical result is achieved as radiotelephone nucleus is chosen from set of radiotelephone nuclei, from minimal to maximal number of units, each being placed in individual case. Each radiotelephone nucleus is built up for independent functioning while maintaining radio communication. Then expansion module ensuring number of additional functions is selected from set of expansion modules that is connected to equipment by means of network contacts which are available both in radiotelephone nucleus and in expansion module with formation of telecommunication facility with specified functional properties.
