FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: working tool has tine with flat hoe, detachable rippers-stabilizers mounted across width of hoe wings. Rippers-stabilizers are made in the form of corners, each having parallelogram-shaped plate bent along line extending in parallel with its short side. Rippers-stabilizers are arranged in symmetry with respect to working tool tine. Each ripper is provided with fastening openings allowing ripper to be repositioned as it is worn and with sharpened cutting edges adjoining to obtuse angle of parallelogram. Acute angle of parallelogram is selected to be within the range of 5°≤ α ≤90°.. Sharpening angle is selected to be within the range of 1°≤ β ≤45°.. EFFECT: prolonged service life of working tool, improved mellowing effectiveness irrespective of physico-mechanical soil composition and tillage depth, and simplified construction. 3 cl, 14 dwg
