FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, shares for cultivators, flat hoes, plows etc.

SUBSTANCE: share is made in the form of parallelogram having cutting edges on its elongated opposite sides, first row of fastening openings and second row of fastening openings axially aligned along first and second axes, respectively. Axes of fastening rows of openings are arranged in parallel with one another at an acute angle with respect to cutting edges so that distance from axes to cutting edges is increasing toward acute angles of parallelogram. Cutting edges may be sharpened at angles reducing toward acute angle of parallelogram.

EFFECT: simplified construction and manufacture process, and increased service life of share.
