FIELD: biotechnology, immunology. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation could be applied for the purpose to stabilize physico-chemical and immunobiological properties of anti-anthrax globulin. To obtain dry equine anti-anthrax globulinone should additionally introduce sterile solutions of polyglukin - 0.5-5% and saccharose - 7.0-7.5% into sterile 10.0- 11.0%-solution of immunoactive gamma- and beta-globulin fractions isolated out of equine serumal proteins. The substance obtained is poured into ampoules of 10 ml per 5 ml to be frozen in dryer's chamber TG - 16.50 at minus (40±5)C for (4±1) h. Drying is carried out for (30±2) h up to (25±2)C. The innovation enables to increase expiry date of ready-to-use medicinal form of anti-anthrax globulin and provide its reserve in case of anthrax infection in people. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 ex, 1 tbl
