DRAINING DEVICE OF AIRFIELD PAVEMENT Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: construction of airfields, particularly, designs of structures of airfield drainage systems. SUBSTANCE: draining device of airfield pavement includes perforated draining pipe located in trench and laid on draining base from crushed stone with finished filling of crushed stone up to pipe top. Novelty consists in that draining device includes box open from top and made of thickened filtering material. Said box is located above draining pipe for possible its withdrawal from trench. Box filling consists of production wastes possessing, together with box material, properties of inhibition by means of sorption and surface precipitation of 70-85% of solid aerosols contained in liquid sewage including metals. EFFECT: improved ecological situations in operation of airfields due to provided gathering and removal of metal solid aerosols washed with sewage atmospheric precipitation from artificial pavements of airfields with minimal labor and material expenditures and utilization of wastes of various production processes. 3 cl, 1 dwg
