FIELD: technology of drilling under natural or artificial obstacles. SUBSTANCE: drilling complex has drilling rig, surface receiving devices, rock-cutting tool, downhole instrument, power source and deflecting assembly, whose functions use fulfilled by rock-cutting tool. Deflecting assembly consists of body and flat plate installed at angle to body axis and having width equaling or exceeding diameter of drill pipe string. Rock-cutting tool is made of nonmagnetic material. Bottomhole part of downhole instrument has power splitter. Surface receiving devices have receiving member connected to antenna and personal computer. Rock-cutting tool body has holes for supply of fluid for rock washing out. EFFECT: provided control of hole deflection with occurring natural or artificial obstacles. 2 cl, 4 dwg
