FIELD: ameliorating and agricultural equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has frame, slitter mounted on frame by means of mounting column and comprising cutting tines arranged through width of slit to be cut. Tines are connected in their lower part with undercutting section. Slitter mounting column is pivotally fixed on frame for rocking in longitudinal plane from cam mechanism (vibrator). Cam of cam mechanism is fixed on drive shaft. Pusher equipped with roller is rigidly connected with upper part of mounting column. Double-section blade-type ground thrower mounted on drive shaft is composed of two adjacent blade sections, i.e., small-diameter section and large-diameter section, which are arranged on single supporting disk. Semi-cylindrical tray located under ground thrower is connected to slitter undercutting section by means of double pivot. Part of tray extending through width of large-diameter section is made elongated. This part runs around blade section and ends in rectilinear portion directed towards frame side wall. Apparatus may be used for cutting of temporary water discharge main adapted for reclamation of water-logged and boggy soils. EFFECT: enhanced reliability in operation of slits cut in grounds of different density, increased water receiving capacity and reduced draft of apparatus. 5 dwg
