FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to improvement of agricultural lands not used in agricultural production with wavy relief and strong soil acidity, with soil layer from 0.08 to 0.15 m, on reclaimed rainfed lands enables to perform long-tiered laying of organomineral biologically active fertilizer mixture (OMBAFM), soil deepening, introduction of ameliorant CaCO3 into slots and pillars between them, zero treatment of soil without its reverse ploughing. Combined seeding unit for levelling of boundary layer of soil and non-rotation soil treatment contains chassis with three-section frame, on each section of frame torsion axles with paired support-traction wheel pairs with caterpillar track, and between sections of frame of combined sowing unit is hinged controlled connection. In addition, on the first section of the frame there is a cabin with a GLONASS code receiver (CR), on-board computer (PC), control panel (CP), site mapping unit (SM), control processor (CPr) and behind the cabin contains an internal combustion engine (ICE) with an electronic control unit (ECU) of fuel supply systems, speed control, in front of the cabin there is equipment for conversion (CE) of measurement results of the state of soil, parameters of operation of the subsoiler, bottomless bucket of soil levelling, their digitization with input into the PC and ECU. On the first section in front of the CE there is a frontal manipulator of a boom and a frame handle with two rotary consoles, on which the subsoilers are movably fixed, containing vertical knives from flat discs with cutouts on the perimeter, hollow wedge-shaped with an obtuse angle to the direction of movement of the unit and horizontal tiered flat knives, with angle of 5° up to 10° cutting soil, with nozzles for application of organomineral biologically active fertilizer mixture OMBAFM under them. In front of the first section of the frame of the unit, a telescopic frame is frontally fixed, comprising in the first row three ribbed water-filling rollers for crosswise to the movement of cutting slots, and in the second row there are wavy discs for transverse tillage of soil and longitudinal to movement of slots cutting. On the second section of the frame of the unit there is a bottomless bucket of the subsoil levelling of the boundary layer of soil, which includes a screen above the mill, an auger with a thrower. Behind the screen, a pitched plate is movably attached. To determine the thickness of the soil layer, the unit contains sensors embedded into the measuring unit of the bucket and the vertical hollow wedge-shaped blade of the subsoiler and placed in through holes.
EFFECT: invention provides restoration of arable land in agricultural production, renewal of existing grass stand and reduction of time for improvement of unused agricultural lands.
