SUBSTANCE: one should perform either manual or apparatus-type forcing over both femoral arteries below Poupart's ligament per 4 seances daily, moreover, during the first 4-6 d each seance consists of 6 procedures at 1-min-long exposure, during the next 6 - 8 d one should carry out per 6 procedures/seance at 3- min-long exposure, and at final stage, seance consists of 4 procedures at 5-min-long exposure, interval between procedures lasts for 1-2 min. The present method is simple in implementation, generally acceptable, enables to improve circulation in urethra and activate intratissue microcirculation, metabolism and phagocytosis.
