FIELD: medicine, urology.
SUBSTANCE: one should squeeze femoral artery either by manual or apparatus method under Poupart's ligament at exposure ranged 30 sec - 1 min to be gradually increased up to 3 min. One should conduct 4 seances daily, each seance consists of 6 procedures to be conducted for 4-6 d. During the next 6-8 d one should squeeze femoral arteries at exposure being 3 min, per 4 seances that consists of 6 procedures each. Then one should squeeze femoral joints for 3-5 min, per 4 seances daily, each of them consists of 4 procedures. Interval between procedures corresponds to 1-2 min. The innovation enables to increase organic testicular circulation and in testicular appendix.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
