In the secondary pyelonephritis and on background of drainage systems bactisporin is administrated into pelvis cavity in the dose 1-5•10⁹ bacterial cells additionally. In the secondary cystitis on the background of drainage systems bactisporin is administrated into bladder cavity in the dose 1-5•10⁹ bacterial bodies. Method allows the prophylaxis in development of dysbacteriosis and allergic response reactions. Invention can be used in treatment of inflammatory diseases of organs of urinary system.
