FIELD: medicine, microbiology, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a medicinal preparation used for prophylaxis and treatment of urogenital infections for topical use. The preparation comprises bacterial biomass of antagonistically active strain Bacillus subtilis 3H taken in the amount 10⁷-10⁹ living cells per a dose and pharmaceutically acceptable additions. The proposed preparation can comprise additionally bifidobacteria or some strains of Bifidobacterium bifidum and/or lactobacilli of one or some strains of Lactobacillus fermentum, Lactobacillus plantarum. The advantage of invention involves the development of the preparation showing efficiency in treatment of urogenital infections and dysbacteriosis caused by pathogenic microorganisms and fungi of genus Candida.
