Raw mixture for preparing heat-insulating cellular concrete of non-autoclave hardening contains the following components, wt. - % as binding Portland cement of the following mineralogical composition, %: C₃S, 68.0; C₂S, 16.0; C₃A, 6.0; C₄AF. 10.0 ground to specific surface value 4 000 cm²/g, 27.7; as filling agent-mineralizing agent powdered lime-dolomite, 27.7; as surface-active substance foam-forming agent "Penostrom" in 30% concentration, 0.4; as plasticizing agent superplasticizing agent "C-3", 0.2; water, 44.0. Invention provides preparing material of non-autoclave hardening with low value of heat conductivity coefficient, enhanced stability of freshly stacked porous mass, elevated compression strength value, reduced shrinkage deformation, reduced consumption of cement component at retained average value of material density and small energy consumption in process of material preparing.
