FIELD: construction materials industry; metallurgy industry; heat and power industry; production of composition for manufacture of the lightweight refractory building material.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the compositions for production of the lightweight roasting free refractory building materials and may be used for manufacture of the heat-insulating layer of the design of the linings directly not contacting with the furnace medium. The technical result of the invention is reduction of the average density and the thermal conductivity factor of the material at provision of the strength sufficient for transportation, mounting and operation of the lightweight refractory material in the thermal-protective structures of the thermal aggregates. The indicated technical result is reached due to the fact that the composition for manufacture of the lightweight refractory building material includes the mineral binding, the water, the mixture of the fillers and the foam-formation surface-active substance, the wood sawdust of the fraction of 0.315-1.25 mm and the polymeric additive, in the capacity of which use the mixture of the phenol-formaldehyde resin and the polyvinyl acetate dispersion in the ratio of 1:1, in the capacity of the mineral binding use the portland cement of the PC 500 D0 brand, in the capacity of the fillers use the mixture consisting of the natural kaolinite, the fine-milled chamotte brickbats and the natural opal-type silica, in the capacity of the foaming surface-active substance - the "PO-6K" brand foamer at the following ratio of the components (in mass %): portland cement - 15.0-22.7; the natural kaolinite - 2.0-6.0; the fine-milled chamotte brickbats - 3.0-12.0; the natural opal-type silica - 12.0-18.0; the wood sawdust - 0.3-1.3; the indicated polymeric additive - 0.5-0.6; the "PO-6K" brand foamer - 0.4-0.5; the water - the rest.
EFFECT: the invention ensures reduction of the average density and the thermal conductivity factor of the material at provision of the strength sufficient for transportation, mounting and operation of the lightweight refractory material in the thermal-protective structures of the thermal aggregates.
