FIELD: medicine, veterinary science, cosmetics. SUBSTANCE: invention describes method for preparing water-soluble forms of chitosan. Method involves preparing the chitosan homogenous solution, its isolation by treatment with alkaline agent to pH value 6.9-7.5, amorphization of chitosan as it an aqueous suspensions in cavitating or mechanical fields with shifting effect. The interaction of the prepared suspension with inorganic, organic acids or their anhydrides and isolation of the end compound from solutions in demineralized water by method of spraying or sublimating drying. Method involves using chitosan of polyfractional composition by molecular mass (from ~ 100 kDa to a monomer link glucosamine) and deacetylation degree from 68 to ≥ 95%) in the mole ratio of amino-groups of all chitosan fractions and inorganic acid = 1 : (0.08-1), amino-groups of all chitosan fractions and organic acid = 1 : (0.8-1.2), amino- groups of chitosan fractions and organic acid anhydride = 1 : (1-1.4). Invention provides ecological purity and effectiveness of method for preparing being without usage of organic solvents, expanded spectrum of biological activity owing to the usage of chitosan with polyfractional composition.
