FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves manufacturing nonwoven material by intermingling with the use of water streams of fiber mixture comprising continuous fibers, such as binding threads formed from melt in air flow and/or spun binding threads and /or natural fibers and/or synthetic staple threads. Method is characterized in that fibrous fabric of natural fibers and/or synthetic staple fibers may be aerated and aerated fibrous fabric may be intermingled with continuous threads by means of water streams for producing of composite material, in which continuous threads are united with other fibers. EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved quality of nonwoven composite material. 9 cl, 10 dwg, 3 tbl
