FIELD: oil producing industry. SUBSTANCE: proposed drive includes post, walking beam, crank mechanism and device for fixing walking beam at mounting and repair. Fixing device is made in form of adjustable brace hinge-mounted on post. It is provided with two members forming kinematic pair engaging with brace and hinge-coupled to each other to form angle from 128 deg. to 232deg. from side of brace. One of members is hinge-mounted on walking beam, and the other, on post, lower than brace mounting point. Member secured on walking beam can be made in form of rod, and other member is made in form of triangle.
