FIELD: supply of hot water for domestic needs. SUBSTANCE: proposed electrode water heater has hollow body, inlet branch pipe located in upper part of body. Inlet branch pipe is arranged with displacement relative to central axis of body, threaded nosepiece with discharge holes is screwed uniaxially on it on lower part of body. Disc laminated electrodes with flow holes are mounted above nosepiece with use of dielectric insulators and first dielectric gasket. First and second electrodes are phase electrodes and third electrode placed between them is zero electrode. In compliance with second variant second electrode is separable electrode. EFFECT: simplified design of water heater, especially, of electrodes, simplified mounting and power selection, enhanced safety engineering. 2 cl, 3 dwg
