FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: there are performed therapeutic exercises in a swimming pool for 25-30 minutes in fresh water at temperature 25-30°C, 5 times a week with interval trainings. In the middle of the procedure of therapeutic exercises, there are added load exercises of 1-minute bicycling, jumping, arm and leg swinging at maximum possible speed and amplitude with active intervals for 2.5-3 minutes in the form of slow pace and respiratory exercises with the procedure containing 3-5 such cycles. The therapeutic course is 12-15 procedures.
EFFECT: higher physical efficiency, life quality, reduced risk of complications and death rate caused by said diseases.
