SUBSTANCE: method includes subserous introduction of active electrode into anterior wall of pyloric part of stomach, and subserous introduction of dispersing electrode into anterior abdominal wall; conduction of electrodes wires through all layers of anterior abdominal wall to outside and their connection to electrocardiostimulator. Method provides stimulation of motor- evacuation function of gastroenteric tract in postoperative period in patients operated on organs of abdominal cavity at any time required for the purpose.
