SUBSTANCE: invention proposes nonaqueous paint and varnish composition based on alkyd resin drying as result of oxidation and photoinitiating agent that comprises additionally acid or hidden acid with value pKa <5 and one or some compounds among the group of simple vinyl ethers, acetals and alkoxysilanes. Indicated simple vinyl ethers, acetals and alkoxysilanes are bound covalently preferably with this alkyd resin. Ratio of groups responsible for drying as result of oxidation and presenting in alkyd resin, among them, reactive groups in the presence of acid are preferable in the range (1:10)-(15:1). Phosphoric acid dibutyl ester is an indicated preferable acid. Combination of components taken in the definite ratio allows preparing paint and varnish composition that is able to harden at low temperatures.
