FIELD: light industry. SUBSTANCE: inner sole has upper and lower layers of highly elastic and thermoplastic material, said layers being fixed along perimeter to define hermetically sealed enclosure. Enclosure has one or several chambers arranged in zones of contact with plantar part of foot and communicated with one another through channels. Flexible member arranged in chamber is manufactured of highly elastic porous material and filled with gas or liquid containing antibacterial substances. Surface contacting with feed is doubled with hygienic material possessing fungicidal properties.
