SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device in shoes, which provides forced ventilation, shock absorption and anatomical contact of foot, comprising pneumatic cylinder installed in non-through hole of heel, connected to system of air pipelines for air intake from environment and air pipelines for distribution of compressed air along plantar surface of foot; wherein it includes a pneumatic chamber placed in the cavity of the toe-beam part of the sole on the non-moving side, connected by air pipelines for air supply from the environment and foot blowing; in pneumatic cylinder and pneumatic chamber on lower inner surfaces elastic elements are installed, which return piston of pneumatic cylinder and membrane of pneumatic chamber after lowering into initial position, wherein the upper and lower surfaces of the piston and the membrane are of an anatomical shape, preserved in all phases of walking, upper surfaces of the piston and membranes are made of moisture-intensive material, for example from natural leather, air intake system due to different phases of filling cylinders of air cylinder and pneumatic chambers with air, has at air intake one air pipeline and one inlet valve, elastic protrusions in the membrane and elastic cylinders in the cylinder have significant compression rigidity, since they must take up the potential energy of the common centre of mass of the body of the wearer, which is in its upper position, which prolongs the period of lowering the foot to provide shock absorption.

EFFECT: technical result consists in provision of ventilation and damping.
