FIELD: medicine, orthopedics, traumatology. SUBSTANCE: one should introduce a puncture needle, the second puncture needle is inserted into opposite cystic pole against the first introduced one. Evacuation of cystic cavity content is carried out up to negative pressure followed by treatment of evacuated cystic cavity with high-intensity laser irradiation in two stages by conducting irradiation supply in turns through opposite puncture needles.
