FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has palatal and two dentogingival plastic plates sawn in distal parts, orthodontic wire and screws. The palatal and dentogingival plates embrace molars over gingival, distal and vestibular surfaces. The palatal and dentogingival plates are connected to each other with orthodontic steel wire segments. Arc manufactured from orthodontic wire conducted over vestibular surface of the frontal teeth is fixed in frontal parts of the dentogingival plates. Wire segment is fixed in the palatal and dentogingival plates immediately near the contact point of adjacent teeth to be moved. The segment is tightly adjacent to their medial contact surface.
