SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to orthodontics. Orthodontic double-jaw apparatus is a removable device comprising a maxillary element and a mandibular element. Each of the elements comprises base plates, buccal shields and lip bandages connected by a wire frame. Maxillary and mandibular base plates are detachable, and each of them is provided with two planes contacting when closing the mouth. Maxillary base plate is made with a Y-shaped cut, which divides it into three parts connected to each other with a Bertoni screw, and is equipped with a support-retaining element. Mandibular base plate is made with straight sawing into two parts, connected to each other by expanding screw. Buccal shields of the maxillary and mandibular elements are paired and located in the area of the masticatory muscles, and the wire frames between the paired labial bandages of the maxillary and mandibular elements are made in the form of arcs having a V-shaped bend.

EFFECT: normalization of jaw position, teeth inclination in upper and lower jaws with formation of physiological orthognathic occlusion, as well as correct position of tongue due to expansion and correction of jaw shape, removal of muscle hypertonia and improvement of posture due to physiologically correct position of head on spine.
