In addition, device is provided with Adams cramp-irons and orthodontic screws. Fixing appliance includes guide tubes secured on upper-jaw plate to receive L-shaped pins positioned on lower-jaw plate. Lower-lip pelot is placed on lower-jaw plate, and cheek pelots are coupled to one another by means of flexible tie-rod.
