FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the suggested innovation deals with treating disbacterioses and other intestinal disfunctions to improve biological balance of human gastrointestinal flora. The method deals with diagnostics and correction of patient's state based upon the diagnostics carried out. There are four stages of disbacteriosis depending upon patient's microflora state; one should prescribe its individual correction and perform complex impact upon patient's body due to detoxication with the help of enterosorbents, then comes correction with the help of probiotics, hepatic protection against toxic substances with the help of pectins and preparations made out of medicinal plants and maintenance-drug therapy with the help of antibacterial preparations of plant origin. Intake scheme and dosage vary depending upon the degree of patient's body microflora deviation against the norm. The method enables to perform individual approach to every patient and exclude relapses. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. 4 ex
