SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment of infectious diseases. Method involves carrying out the complex therapy including dosing agents exhibiting antagonistic effect on pathogenic microflora of digestive tract, recovery normal microflora and its maintenance. For first three days diet № 4 is prescribed with exception for bread, animal foodstuffs and vanillin-containing foodstuffs. For the first 24 h intake of 1-2 l of supernatant liquid of acidophilic fruit gel as a nutrient product-probiotic prepared from oat and/or rice meal based on live culture of lactobacilli ferment is carried out. In the following fruit gel viscous fraction is intaken in the amount 20-100 g per a dose, 3 times per a day on the background of the diet № 2 up to the complete stool and bacteriological indices normalization. Method provides reducing treatment time, to diminish therapy complications due to optimization of dietetic nutrient of patient.
