FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has laser and control unit. Photometric cavity is placed on laser radiation path. Main outlet aperture of the cavity has movable cover with a surfaces having diffuse reflection coefficient Krefl equal to 100% to enable one to calibrate the photometric cavity. Main photoelectric transducer is mounted in auxiliary outlet aperture connected to laser radiation adjustment unit. The device has additional photoelectric witness transducer optically coupled to the laser and electrically coupled to the adjustment unit. The adjustment unit has amplifier, three differential amplifiers, three digital counters, two digital-to-analog converters, two analog-to-digital converters, two comparison circuits, three clock pulse generators, OR-gate and two delay lines. Links joining adjustment unit elements enable one to model photoelectric transducer responses to introducing cover surface having Krefl equal to 100% into the cavity and removing the cover for creating Krefl=0% conditions in the unit and saving the response data in the adjustment unit. The device allows correcting power of incident laser radiation on biological tissue in device operation mode according to mobile laser radiation therapy method with the data taken into consideration.
