FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has a group of lasers operating on various wavelengths. Each laser has control unit and photoelectric witness transducer operating in its proper optical channel. Radiation flows from all lasers are directed to photometric cavity common for all lasers via conversion unit. Main outlet aperture of the cavity has movable cover with a surfaces having diffuse reflection coefficient equal to 100%. The cavity has a number of additional outlet apertures, each having photoelectric transducer having optical filter at the inlet connected to its adjustment unit having also its own photoelectric witness transducer. The device has launching unit, AND-gate and delay line. Each adjustment unit has amplifier, three differential amplifiers, three digital counters, two digital counters, digital-to-analog converter, two analog-to-digital converters, two comparison circuits, two clock pulse generators. The device allows to operate in calibration mode and in parallel following automatic adjustment mode to correct power laser radiation flows of different wavelengths united in single channel and incident on biological tissue under irradiation compensating absorbed dose reduction as a result of partial flows reflection from biological tissue surface.
