FIELD: medical technique used for laser therapy. SUBSTANCE: device includes main optical-fiber light-transmitting duct whose distal end is secured to mandrel. The last has through axial opening, inlet and outlet ends. Distal end of duct with outlet aperture is mounted in inlet end. Cavity is formed between said aperture and outlet end of mandrel. Said cavity is in the form of truncated cone with apex angle no more than aperture angle; large base of cone is joined with outlet end of mandrel. Device also includes additional optical-fiber duct. Plane of inlet aperture of additional duct coincides with plane of outlet aperture of main duct and with small base of cone. Surface area of small base of cone is more than summed surface area of apertures arranged in said base. Inner surface of cone is mirror one. EFFECT: enhanced comfortability of using device, possibility for receiving information related to optical characteristics. 2 dwg
