FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying laser radiation with pulsating light of 0.85-0.95 mcm wavelength which power reaches 4 W, pulse succession rate being equal to 100-2000 Hz. Radiation is applied using an apparatus in three days long treatment course one session per day in every day mode. Laser therapy session administered one day before surgical operation involves irradiating carotid sinuses 2 min long on each side and aortic arc 1 min long via the second apparatus channel; laparo- or thoracoport incision is irradiated via the first channel during 3-5 min. At the day of surgical operation, carotid sinuses are treated 2 min long on each side and aortic arc 1 min long via the second apparatus channel before beginning the operation. The operation being over, carotid sinuses are treated 2 min long on each side and aortic arc 1 min long via the second apparatus channel. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; enabled hemocorrection of threatening hemostasis system changes at organism and tissue level.
