FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying laser radiation combined with surgical treatment of pathological focuses. Double-sided irradiation of carotid sinuses is conducted by means of semiconductor gallium arsenide laser with 0.85-0.95 mcm wavelength, 2-4 W power, 40-150 Hz pulse repetition frequency and 60-240 s exposure time. 6-14 procedures are administered for a treatment course. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness and higher quality of treatment.
