SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of forming working voltage and generating control signal for controlling working current of unit sources of gas mixture; providing successive supply of liquid into sources of gas mixture; combining gas fluxes; forming gas cushion over unit source of gas mixture; after transporting apparatus for performing the method correcting level of gas cushion due to passing low current of working voltage through source of gas mixture; then setting working electric current.
