FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to welding. Proposed device contains water electrolysis generator, gas mixer, outlet branch pipe, burner and control circuit. Water electrolysis generator is made in form of sealed housing with pack of metal plates. Gas mixer is provided with gas selector. Metal plates are arranged in slots of sealed housing forming coaxial open circuits. Clearances of neighbor circuits are arranged with shift relative to each other. Plates are U-shaped, L-shaped etc. dielectric plate is located over pack of plates to form gas cushion over plate pack. EFFECT: simple design, reliability in operation. 26 cl, 26 dwg
