FIELD: gas-flame treatment of materials by mixture of gases received at water electrolysis, portable apparatuses for gas-flame treatment at welding operations in different branches of machine engineering. SUBSTANCE: water electrolysis generator is in the form of sealed housing having fluid-tightly joined lower and upper plates. Lower plate has grooves in inner side for placing (securing) metallic strips. Upper plate has ducts or openings on inner side for creating gas cushion over pack of metallic strips in zones of arranging cylindrical volumes of automatically added liquid. Dielectric plate with outlet ducts is arranged over said liquid volumes. Apparatus also includes gas mixer; outlet branch pipe with torch; control circuit; pressure pickup and level pickup, both in the form of float with magnet. Plates of housing are made by casting of dielectric material; they have rigidity ribs and fastening members. EFFECT: simplified design, simplified process of making apparatus. 26 cl, 40 dwg
