FIELD: light industry; aerators. SUBSTANCE: proposed device contains tubular housing with end piece and elongated cap on one end, and nozzle with jet on other end. Said jet communicates with expansion chamber limited by walls diverging from jet. Device contains also liquid container with elongated body and writing saturable unit, first stop inside housing on which surface of elongated body rests and second stop inside housing on which rear end of elongated body rests. Other end of elongated cap is closed so that liquid source is either arranged with its writing unit inside nozzle of housing, or close to housing, or with writing unit effectively isolated inside elongated cap when device is not in use.
