FIELD: production of explosives, used in mineral resource industry, oil-producing industry, gas-production industry, etc. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industrial blasting explosives, used in mining, petroleum, gas and other industries for realization of different composite activities with application of energy of an explosion. It can also be used at salvaging explosives of rocket-propelled and ammunition engineering. According to the invention, the water-bearing explosive contains a sensitizer - comminuted gunpowder, solid rocket propellant, a blasting explosive, technological waste products of nitrocellulose production or their mix, an oxidizing agent - ammonium nitrate, a cryogenic additive - a mix of inorganic salts of alkaline or alkali-earth metals with organic polyatomic spirits in the ratio of 65 : 35 accordingly, thickener - the water-soluble linear polymers, structure- forming agents - salt of polyvalent metals, the stabilizer of chemical resistance picked out among a series of compounds amino or morpholine family, and water. EFFECT: invention is deal with creation of a water- bearing explosive having high operational and detonation properties in a wide range of temperatures from minus 50 up to plus 60 C. 10 cl, 2 dwg, 2tbl
