FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of industrial explosive substances. Industrial explosive substance contains explosive sensitiser with particulae size not more than 6 mm and with humidity from 0 to not more than 5 wt % in form of milled powders and/or fuels of ballistic, pyroxylin type, or spherical powders, or their mixtures, ammonium nitrate as oxidant, polyakrylamide or nitrous salt of carboxymethylcellulose as gel-forming polymer, structuring addive in form of salt of polyvalent metal (Cr+2, Cr+3, Fe+3, Al+3), transformer oil, instrument oil, straw oil, industrial oil or their mixture as phlegmatiser and water.

EFFECT: invention allows obtaining of explosive composition with critical detonation diametre not more than 50 mm, which preserves physical stability during warranty term of storing.
