FIELD: organic chemistry, chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for preparing mixtures of monoolefinic C5-mononitriles with non-coupled bonds C=C and C=N and to method for preparing adipodinitrile based on thereof. 1,3-Butadiene-containing hydrocarbon mixture, as usually fraction C4, obtained in oil processing and containing usually at least 10 vol. %, preferably, at least 25 vol.%, in part, at least 40 vol.% of 1,3-butadiene is subjected for interaction with hydrogen in the presence of hydrogenation catalyst that is able for hydrogenation of alkynes and dienes with high selectivity and without significant reducing content of 1,3-butadiene for partial or complete removal of alkynes, 1,2-dienes and their mixtures in order to decrease part of components that inhibit catalytic hydrocyanogenation followed by catalytic hydrocyanogenation of mixture prepared by such manner in the presence of catalyst of hydrocyanogenation taken among chelate compounds of nickel with phosphite, phosphine, phosphinite or phosphone ligands. Usual catalyst of hydrocyanogenation is used that catalyzes not only addition of hydrogen cyanide but also isomerization of position and isomerization of double bonds of hydrocarbon mixture and/or nitriles. As result. Mixture of products including isomeric pentene nitriles and methylbutene nitriles, for example, 3-pentene nitrile, 2-pentene nitrile, 4-pentene nitrile, 2-methyl-2-butene nitrile, 2-methyl-3-butene nitrile are prepared. Invention relates also to method for preparing adipodinitrile from above indicated mixture of C5-mononitriles after additional, if necessary, processing including separation of unreacted 1,3-butadiene and unreacted hydrogen cyanide by, for example, washing out or extraction and distillation off the rest reaction mixture for separation of valuable products and recuperation catalyst retaining activity, or after isomerization by catalytic hydrocyanogenation.
