FIELD: petroleum refining industry, raw oil stock rectification. SUBSTANCE: invention presents the method of heavy hydrocarbon raw oil stock rectification and in particular residuals of atmospheric and vacuum rectification. The method of heavy hydrocarbon raw oil stock rectification includes feeding of the heated raw oil stock into the reaction volume, gating of the heated activating non-oxidizing gas through the volume of the raw oil stock with extraction of the lighter hydrocarbon fractions from the top outlet of the reactor and more heavier carbon residuals from the lower outlet of the reactor. At that the raw oil stock is heated up to the temperature of no less than the temperature of beginning of its boiling, and activating gas is heated up to the temperature of no less than 300 C. The initial feed stock and heavy hydrocarbon residuals of rectification are fed for recirculation into the reaction zone below the top level of liquid. It is preferable, that feeding of the hydrocarbon fractions with the boiling temperature of below 350 C for recirculation into the reaction zone should be below a level of feeding of the heavy hydrocarbon raw oil stock. It is possible to feed the light hydrocarbons with the boiling temperature below 350 C to the even more low level. In the capacity of the hydrocarbon fractions with boiling temperature higher than 350 C they use the side-cut distillates of the vacuum column and with the boiling temperature of lower than 350 C - side-cut distillates of the atmospheric column. It is preferable in the raw oil stock and/or in the recirculating heavy residuals to add the factions with initial boiling temperature of above 350 C. EFFECT: increased extraction of the light fractions of hydrocarbons with the boiling temperature of lower than 350 C and the gas-oil factions; as well as decrease of sulfur contents in the products of refining, and simplification of the instrument registration of the process. 16 cl, 4 ex, 5 dwg
