FIELD: prevention of unauthorized access of physical persons to territory of vital interests of other physical persons without their permission. SUBSTANCE: protective facility presents shutter-louver carrying parallel rotary plates and swinging mechanism of plates mounted on bearing part. It has also main frame in which bearing part is mounted for quick separation. Shutter-louver is fitted with interchangeable decorative-armor panels which are inserted into case of each plate from outside and are fixed on opposite side. Panels can have decorative finish ( photographic, enamel, embossing and casting ). Facility can also protect persons against firearms fired from outside.
