FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed turbogenerator contains double-rotor electric generator whose rotors are installed coaxially with clearance relative to each other for rotation in opposite directions, and turbine connected with turbogenerator. Said turbine contains Segner's wheel made in form of tube with closed end and secured coaxially with shaft installed for rotation. At least one pair of branch pipes with open ends bent to opposite sides relative to their axis is radially secured on tube from opposite sides. Axes of bent off open ends of branch pipes are square to plane passing through axes of pair of branch pipe and axis of tube. Holes are made in wall of tube to suit branch pipes. Cylindrical drum is secured coaxially to tubular shaft installed for rotation. Drum encloses Segner's wheel. Cylindrical belt of drum adjoins with clearance bent off ends of branch pipes of Segner's wheel. At least one pair of branch pipes of Segner's wheel. At least one pair of branch pipes with open ends to opposite sides from their axis is radially secured on cylindrical belt of drum from opposite sides. Said branch pipes are bent to sides opposite to sides of Senger's wheel branch pipes. Axes of bent off open ends of drum branch pipes are square to plane passing through axes of pair of branch pipes of drum and axis of tube. Holes are made in belt to suit branch pipes. Segner's wheel and drum are enclosed by housing with union to let out working medium, and shafts of Segner's wheel and drum are secured coaxially on rotors of electric generator. EFFECT: provision of opposite rotation at high speed of rotor and stator of electric generator; increased power output. 2 dwg
