FIELD: cyclone heat exchangers for preheating powder raw material. SUBSTANCE: proposed heat exchanger consists of cyclone system including two parts: high- temperature part located near hot gas source and low-temperature part; each part is formed by at least two cyclones arranged in succession and shifted relative to each other vertically; they are interconnected by means of hot gas pipe line in such way that inlet of first cyclone is connected to hot gas source and outlet of each cyclone is brought to inlet on next cyclone; outlet of separated powder raw material of each cyclone is brought out to hot gas pipe line running from outlet of previous cyclone; high-temperature and low-temperature parts of heat exchanger are connected to each other by means of connecting pipe line and are shifted vertically in such way that inlet of low-temperature part is located below outlet of high-temperature part; high-temperature part is provided with transmission pipe line brought to pipe line which carries hot gas to highest cyclone; it is connected with outlet pipe line of low-temperature part of heat exchanger; lower member of low-temperature part is formed by counter-flow heat exchanger whose outlet is brought to transmission pipe line.
