FIELD: computer engineering; building computer-based data banks, data storage devices, and machine intelligence systems. SUBSTANCE: in order to save disk space in computer unit by eliminating same structures in data banks structure of accumulated entities is described in data bank in the form of type of data incorporating sequence of parameters; identifying parameters are marked in each of data types to form key; parameters that may be of different value in vicinity of standard one are separated and program procedures in which each parameter is assigned neuron network are developed; procedures for handling unidentified parameters are determined; information is loaded in data bank in which prior to loading information is compared with entries stored already according to key values, variable parameters being passed through neuron networks, and if entries are identical, they are merged.
