SUBSTANCE: method includes applying to organized data modeling complicated dynamic system of automatic identification procedure allowing to perform synthesis of information collected in storage with newly inputted data, procedures of outputting laws of changes of system objects and their attributes in induction on basis of previously fixed conditions, procedure of diagnostics of condition and prognosis of development of system elements analogical to known facts chains, leading to several typical elements conditions, and procedures for diagnostics of condition and prognosis of element development analogical to development of these very same or similar elements, information about which was stored in database.
EFFECT: higher reliability of taking of decisions in systems with non-steady links.
