WAY FOR COMPLEX MONITORING IN POPULATED AREA Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: environmental monitoring. SUBSTANCE: way includes formation and superimposition of several mutually oriented subject maps in the form of photographs one on another. Single-scale simultaneous aerial photography of populated area is conducted in visible and infrared spectra of electromagnetic radiation cold season. Objects and/or plots showing increased percentage of catarrhal diseases of population according to medicinal statistics are marked on first aerial photograph, objects and/or plots displaying increased background of infrared radiation caused by leakage of heat and/or heat transfer agent are indicated on second aerial photograph. Aerial photographs are matched by identified points, objects and/or plots demonstrating increased percentage of morbidity of population and increased leaks of heat and/or heat transfer agent are found by matching and are reckoned among ecologically hazardous. Causes of leaks of heat and/or heat transfer agent in them are urgently established and removed, the rest of objects and/or plots with increased leaks of heat and/or heat transfer agent are reckoned to be economically unprofitable, detection and removal of causes of leak in them are considered to be second priority. EFFECT: raised informativity of monitoring of populated area, shortened time and reduced material expenditures on its conducting, reduced number of catarrhal diseases of its population and material expenditures for repair of residential and industrial objects and plots, prolonged life of their safe operation. 5 cl
